The project is a multi-million dollar (confidential budget) renovation and addition totaling 12,800 SF in the exclusive Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. The extensive work included a main house with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and 2 powder rooms and an apartment with 3 full baths. A roof top terraces provide panoramic views and 4-stop elevator services all the living levels. The front façade features French lime stone and the house has a fully automated lighting/audio/visual/HVAC control system.
