The renovation of this 15 year old, 300 seat, 8,000 SF restaurant in the Union Square area kicked off the name change to the restaurant formerly known as the E&O Trading Company. The renovation and facelift features such amenities as a new bar with dramatic 12 foot tall back-bar panels with bamboo patterns laser-cut in steel; new private dining room; new sound system; large custom made communal tables, and walnut paneling throughout. Josehart met the challenge of completing the renovation in six weeks.
