This 200,000 square foot mixed use high rise will have a ground floor restaurant, 6 levels of parking, and an entire amenity floor for residents with exercise studios, meeting rooms, and outdoor patios. There will be 130 apartments, 96 of which are two and three bedrooms. JCM became involved early in this project and provided significant input during Design Development and Schematic Design.
