EXPERIENCE

Joel has consistently been involved with the planning, pre-construction and construction management of large complex projects. Project experiences vary from the construction of the landmark Chabot Observatory in Oakland to the Seismic retrofit of the historic US Custom House of San Francisco. His market experience also includes health care, research laboratories and high-rise commercial offices.

Over his 27 years in the construction industry Joel has had involvement with each phase of the construction process from architect to construction manager to owner representative to general contractor.

Josehart Construction Management’s approach integrates a builder’s and architect’s experience and expertise into the management of the design and construction process. We provide clients with a comprehensive approach to the execution and implementation of all aspects of the design and construction process.

I provide construction consulting services from start to finish, from the early stages of a project when it is just a concept to the evaluation of the first design concepts for system selection, cost constructability and schedule.
